Why we are challenging.

We Kanattale is tiny company in Tokyo.
But we can find out many Japanese craftspersons and Traditional craftsman.
Probably, we will make the relation with them much more than department stores and Amaz….
But the work is challenging. Nobody investigate the market in the world.

Also for following reasons… doubtedly, Japanese manufacturing companies working not so well.

“Quality” is Pride of Japan

Sometimes, we Japanese hear the voice from TV about japanese products. They say,
– Made in Japan is too expensive much more than other countries.
– Japanese makers is stucking about quarity and functions.
– Japanese products are guaranteed too much.
Also, they are telling
– Japan has too much small medium size companies for manufacturing.
– Small companies cannot manage efficiently.
– Japanese people are low productivity.

It is sure that some portions are correct. On other hand, these comments are breaking Japanese culture and history, also production structure.

Working but not efficiently

Our executive person was in U.S and European and Japanese IT company. And from his view, Japanese people loves to work with efficiente. It is not inferiority compare against other countries. On the other hand, especially large size company managers loves to escape from the risks. Then they spend a lot of hours in the meeting room with their staffs. It’s sure the major participants are staffs, and they have to leave from their PCs, Customer communication and so on. And it is natural, the efficiently is low down.

Small companies cannot manage efficiently?

As like Toyota, Sony. Such large size companies has been making their products with so many small and medium size companies. For example, screw makers, battely makers, fabric makers, paint makers… some hundreds companies are working to produce a car and TV.
They have a very efficiently designed factory. One single step is considered in the design, also how to detect the concerns about negative effects in the early stage. Negative portion should be detect in earlier for the cost, quality, incident and trust.
We are thinking this kind mind is not related with the size of company. In other words, Toyota cannot produce their cars without small size companies.

For the trust

Japan is construct with thousands of islands. Whole of territories are not touch with other counties. However we Japanese believes “Trust” is very important.
Now we have over 100 million people in the islands. Not only small communities, also big city as like Tokyo, bad rumor can make big effect for the market. Then it makes natural, it is not easy to ease up the process. And they must make up the high quality products.
Long time history, it is the culture of Japan. “Trust is the first”.

Too much expensive?

We Kanattale is providing Hand Craft goods that are made in Japan.
You may feel our products are not comfortable. But we will not discount.
Sure, for our life 😀. Also the craftspersons lives.
We would like to be a supporter of craftspersons and their successors.
Young persons want to get high salary, but traditional craftspersons cannot get better income than learge size companies business persons.
This may be the major reason of the lack of successors.
On the other hand, Japanese people cannot see our important crafts are endangered. “Just a old time suvienior goods”, most of Japanese thinking so.
So we Kanattale want to be a explorer of the market of Japanese craftsmans “trust”.

Trust is heart

Their trust is included into their products. As like Sony’s TV, our products has same …. much more trust and heart for the customers. It must shipped out from Japan to your home change into “Happiness”.
