When we started up, it was the long trip to find out and discussed with them.

Sasano Ittou-bori
Sasano is the place of Yonezawa City, Yamagata Pref. Yamagata pref is one of a north east area of main island.
And Sasano is the very tiny town. But they have the over 1,000 years traditional craft. It is “Sasano Ittou-bori”.

Tsuba is the important part of samurai sword.
It is sure that is only guard of body from the enemy’s attack, also it is the fashionable item for Samurai.

Hyougu and Syo – Japanese Mounting and Japanese Calligraphy
Hyougu – Japanese Mounting is works for the traditional interior as like Kakejiku (hanging scroll), Byoubu (folding screen) and so on.
This work is need for painting also calligraphy on the paper and silk cloth made Kakejiku and Byoubu. As you see, almost of Kakejiku is the simple decoration in Japanese tea ceremony room.
Many of Japanese tea ceremony idea and schools of thought, and most of them don’t like excessive decoration. Kakejiku and a flower are the only decoration for the rooms.
Also, Japanese has loved to decorate Kakejiku and Byoubu for their japanese style rooms.
